Weight Limits: The numbers of passenger seats indicated for each aircraft type are the maximum fitted in the aircraft. The majority of flights are conducted with fewer passengers than these numbers of seats due to the fuel load required to be carried because of the distances flown and the airstrip conditions up country. Departure airfield conditions may sometimes reduce these limits even further. All passengers and their bags are weighed when checking in at Kajjansi.

Baggage Tips: Travel light and pack in soft bags when going on your Flying Safari. These are easier to handle and load into the small baggage areas of some of the aircraft. If you have extra bags not required on safari then we can store them at Kajjansi if required. If you need to carry more kit, such as special camera equipment or a wheelchair for example then please let us know when booking your Safari so we can make suitable arrangements or offer alternative solutions.

Flight Safety: All our aircraft operators maintain the highest level of maintenance and flight safety. all the aircraft are fitted with satellite tracking equipment and we keep track of the aircraft’s progress at all times using this technology and live updates from the pilots.
